This is a frontpage?
I am sorry but I didn´t like this at all. The drawings looked like you didn´t put alot of effort into it, the animation was weird (why was Santa shaking all the time?) the voice acting was not very good and the plot didn´t make any sense.
I give you 3 points because for your first flash it was not completely trash but I still think that there are a lot of other flashs that deserve much more to be on the frontpage, I have no idea how this got there.

Yeah but, you know, voice acting is the last thing, 'cause no helpers means no episodes, and no episodes means of course no voice acting =) Please help us to find helpers doing what the video say

Very funny, good work.
But why are your flashs so big? Make sure you don´t use MP3 audio files because they are very big.
They're FLVs. We compress down rendered out quicktimes down to this video size then run an FLV conversion. FLVs look like garabage unless you give them a little file size breathing room. I assure you this is well on our radar. It's a constant battle to get these things down to size (even under the 10 MB max) . Just the nature of our process. The Effects and Bitmap graphics wouldn't work animated in the flash timeline (believe me, we've tried it) so its all done in After Effects once we get pas the flash sync and artwork stage.
